Jibrael Labs™ and Jibrael Hindi Consulting Announce November Deployment of Mass Arbitration Machine™
Practice-built revenue engines open pathways into consumer protection, class actions and mass arbitration for plaintiffs' firms.
October 15, 2026 - Jibrael Labs™ and Jibrael Hindi Consulting are preparing the November 2026 deployment of Mass Arbitration Machine™, the first release in a product ecosystem built to expand the revenue opportunities plaintiffs' firms can pursue. Working alongside The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi, the ecosystem connects participating firms to legal know-how, technology, operational workflows and the teams required to move qualifying opportunities forward.
Access to the practice. Not just access to software.
The proposition is direct: plaintiffs' firms should not have to assemble an entire consumer-protection or mass-arbitration operation before participating in those opportunities. The products connect the firm that brings an opportunity, the laboratory that builds the infrastructure, the consulting firm that installs the capability, and the law firm that evaluates and handles accepted legal work.
Mass Arbitration Machine™ leads the deployment
Mass Arbitration Machine™ provides a pathway for participating firms to submit potential mass-arbitration opportunities for legal review. When corporate defendants inserted mandatory individual arbitration clauses into consumer agreements to block class actions, they counted on individual claims being financially impractical to litigate. However, arbitral provider rules (including AAA, JAMS, and CPR) mandate that the corporate defendant must pay substantial, non-refundable upfront filing and administrative fees—typically $1,500 to $3,200+ per claimant. For accepted campaigns, the connected team coordinates claimant intake, verification, retainers, evidence capture, arbitral filing, administration, and resolution work. Corporate defendants face tens of millions in immediate arbitral initiation liabilities, creating substantial pressure for global resolution. An arbitration clause becomes a reason to evaluate the opportunity through the right system, rather than automatically a reason to walk away.
RBI brings consumer-protection capability to new participants
Refer. Build. Install.™ extends the ecosystem through three distinct participation models. Its Refer offering brings TCPA and FCRA opportunities, at minimum, to plaintiffs' firms that have not previously had a dedicated consumer-protection workflow or caseload. Eligible existing client relationships can be connected to approved co-branded outreach, secure evidence collection, legal review and referral tracking. The handling law firm supplies the legal judgment and operating know-how; the referring firm gains a defined way to participate without first constructing the full practice itself. The broader consumer-protection portfolio also includes FDCPA work.
Build develops a defined consumer-protection practice capability within a participating firm. Install implements the agreed operating capability and supporting workflows. Together, the three offerings let a firm choose its depth of participation in an established product ecosystem. RBI belongs to the broader portfolio; Mass Arbitration Machine™ is the first November deployment.
Built from a documented filing record
Figure 11 of Lex Machina's 2026 Class Action Litigation Report lists 834 federal class-action filings for The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi in 2025 - the highest 2025 count among the plaintiff-side firms shown in that table, excluding MDL-associated cases. Jibrael S. Hindi identifies TCPA and FCRA as the practice areas behind the firm's filing record. The ecosystem is built around carrying that practice knowledge into repeatable infrastructure for other firms.
One ecosystem. Distinct responsibilities.
The shared identity is JIBRAEL HINDI CONSULTING x JIBRAEL.AI. Jibrael Labs™, at jibrael.ai, is the laboratory; Jibrael Hindi Consulting installs the capability; and The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi supplies the legal practice and proof. New World Firm OS is the shared operating layer for product access, submissions, review, evidence, tasks and authorized status. Asset2//Leverage extends the portfolio toward additional uses of existing business assets and knowledge.
The organizing principle is: THE FIRM PROVES IT. THE LAB BUILDS IT. THE CONSULTING FIRM INSTALLS IT. YOU PLUG IN //.

The November 2026 rollout is the first product deployment, not a simultaneous launch of every portfolio capability. Participation, outreach, referrals and legal representation follow the applicable approval process and separately agreed terms. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, revenue or recovery.
